Our Refund Policy: 

Once payment for a class pass is completed, a full refund cannot be issued due to Wix Payments requirements. However, if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we can process it with a 3.2% processing fee.

When you register for a class, the required class points will be deducted from your account. If you cancel the class at least 24 hours before it begins, the points will be credited back to your account.
